Excellent for easily rolling out yeast dough, cake dough and potato dough, marzipan and fondants into any desired thickness. With spacer rings for rolling out dough into equal 1.5 or 3 mm thick sheets. When filled with water of the right temperature, the rolling pin can be used to quickly roll out dough and fondants into perfect sheets; dough does not stick to the surface of the rolling pin. Made of high-grade stainless steel, resistant plastic and silicone. Do not wash in dishwasher. 3-year warranty.
